This last click forms the final conclusion of the contract. Upon validation, the buyer receives an order form confirming the registration of his order. No cash payment should be sent.

Only cheques issued by a French bank will be accepted. Upon receipt of the cheque, the order will be processed and the buyer will be informed by email.

Astucier will ship the products at the earliest 2 working days after receipt of the cheque corresponding to the order, subject to provisions.

If the payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract definitively formed. Payment by credit card is irrevocable. Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, recognition of their full knowledge and waiver of their own purchase conditions. Article 5. Reservation of title

Sandrine APPERT MARCY retains full ownership of the products sold until the price is fully collected, including fees and taxes.

Article 6. Withdrawal

Under article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 working days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of the costs of return packaging (at the expense of the buyer). The product must not have been used and must be in its original packaging. A package for logistics costs, packaging and shipping of 8€ will be deducted from the refund. Shipments are made at the address indicated on the order form which can only be within the agreed geographical area. Orders are made by La Poste via COLISSIMO, delivery service with follow-up, delivery without signature or any other provider that Sandrine APPERT MARCY will consider competent. Delivery times are given only for information purposes; If these exceed 40 days from the order, the contract of sale may be terminated and the buyer refunded.

Sandrine APPERT MARCY will be able to provide the buyer with the tracking number of its package by e-mail. The buyer is delivered to his home by his factor or any other provider. In the event of the buyer's absence, he will receive a notice of passage from his factor or provider, allowing him to withdraw the products ordered at the nearest post office or collection point, for a period specified by the postal services or provider. Article 8. Guarantee
