Finally, the last step proposes to check all the information, read and accept these General Terms and Conditions by checking the corresponding box, and then invite him to validate his order by clicking the button « Confirm my order ». This last click forms the final conclusion of the contract. Upon validation, the buyer receives an order form confirming the registration of his order. In order to finalize its payment and trigger the processing of its order, the buyer must print this order form, accompanied by his cheque written to the order of «Sandrine APPERT » at the following address: Astucer, 4 lane of freedom, 51600 sum peat. No cash payment should be sent.

Only cheques issued by a French bank will be accepted. Upon receipt of the cheque, the order will be processed and the buyer will be informed by email.

Astucier will ship the products at the earliest 2 working days after receipt of the cheque corresponding to the order, subject to provisions.

Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, as well as the name of the carrier. Then the buyer chooses the method of payment of his choice: « Payment by transfer ». Finally, the last step proposes to check all the information, read and accept these General Terms and Conditions by checking the corresponding box, and then invite him to validate his order by clicking the button « Confirm my order ». Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure interface to safely inform his personal credit card account references. If the payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract definitively formed. Payment by credit card is irrevocable. In the event of fraudulent use of the card, the buyer may demand cancellation of the card payment, the sums paid will then be re-credited or returned. The holder of a credit card shall not be liable if the contested payment has been proved fraudulently, remotely, without the physical use of his card. Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, recognition of their full knowledge and waiver of their own purchase conditions. Article 5. Reservation of title

Sandrine APPERT MARCY retains full ownership of the products sold until the price is fully collected, including fees and taxes.

Article 6. Withdrawal

Under article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 working days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of the costs of return packaging (at the expense of the buyer). The product must not have been used and must be in its original packaging. A package for logistics costs, packaging and shipping of 8€ will be deducted from the refund. Les livraisons sont faites à l’adresse indiquée sur le bon de commande qui ne peut être que dans la zone géographique convenue. Les commandes sont effectuées par La Poste via COLISSIMO, service de livraison avec suivi, remise sans signature ou tout autre prestataire que Sandrine APPERT MARCY jugera compétent. Les délais de livraison ne sont donnés qu’à titre indicatif ; si ceux-ci dépassent quarante jours à compter de la commande, le contrat de vente pourra être résilié et l’acheteur remboursé.

La société Sandrine APPERT MARCY pourra fournir par e-mail à l’acheteur le numéro de suivi de son colis. L’acheteur est livré à son domicile par son facteur ou tout autre prestataire. En cas d’absence de l’acheteur, il recevra un avis de passage de son facteur ou du prestataire, ce qui lui permet de retirer les produits commandés au bureau de Poste le plus proche ou point de collecte, pendant un délai indiqué par les services postaux ou le prestataire. Les risques liés au transport sont à la charge de l’acquéreur à compter du moment où les articles quittent les locaux de la société Sandrine APPERT MARCY. L’acheteur est tenu de vérifier en présence du préposé de La Poste ou du livreur, l’état de l’emballage de la marchandise et son contenu à la livraison. En cas de dommage pendant le transport, toute protestation doit être effectuée auprès du transporteur dans un délai de trois jours à compter de la livraison.

En cas de non-retrait d’un colis dans le délai imparti par le prestataire, veuillez noter que les frais de port ne seront pas remboursés. De même, si les clients souhaitent une reexpédition de leur commande, ils devront s’acquitter à nouveau des frais de port.

Dans le cas ou la commande n’a pas été retiré dans les délai et si le client ne souhaite plus bénéficier de la commande, seul 50% du montant total de la commande sera remboursé sans les frais de port, l’autre moitié étant retenue pour couvrir les frais administratifs et de manutention. Cette politique s’applique afin de garantir une gestion efficace des expéditions et de prévenir tout désagrément lié à des retards ou des retours de colis. Article 8. Garantie

Tous les produits fournis par la société Sandrine APPERT MARCY bénéficient de la garantie légale prévue par les articles 1641 et suivants du Code civil. En cas de non conformité d’un produit vendu, il pourra être retourné à la société Sandrine APPERT MARCY qui le reprendra, l’échangera ou le remboursera.
